Our Full Moon Litter
King Tide and Queen Karma
Our newest arrivals made their entrance during the Supermoon in November.
Karma welcomed two boys and two girls in her very first litter. Our hearts felt the ache of losing one of the boys just a couple of days after birth. I know it’s a part of breeding and nature’s rhythm but that doesn’t make it any easier…We took time to honor and mourn him.
Now, a week and a half in, we’re grateful to share that the remaining three babies are doing really good. They are little moon-lit miracles :)
As with every litter, we’re watching closely as they develop. I’ve been hoping to keep back a female for our program, because refining our look and preserving the genetics we love is an ongoing and intentional part of responsible breeding. But for now, we’re simply enjoying them as they are—and this quiet & magic stage.

Born under the mystical Beaver Supermoon, Caelum carries a calm, otherworldly presence — his name means “heaven” in Latin. He was the biggest kitten ever born here at Southwest Maine Coons — a strong and beautifully built boy.
Tala

Named after the Tagalog goddess of the stars, Tala was born beneath the Supermoon. Nearly solid black- she carries a deep, velvety coat. There’s something ethereal about her.
Lunara

Lunara is named for the moon and a reflection of her gentle and serene entrance to this world. Her presence is graceful and we cannot wait to see how she turns out.
