What to expect…

We’re all about raising healthy, happy, and confident Maine Coon kittens. We do everything with care and intent, from genetic and health screenings to raising them in our loving home. Here’s what you can expect when adopting one of our cool cats:

1. Healthy, Happy Kittens
Our kittens are raised in a family environment with LOTS of love and socialization. They will be examined by a vet before heading to their new homes. They're ready to go around 12 weeks, healthy and well-adjusted.

2. Genetic Screening & Health Testing
We take health seriously and continue to evolve our testing protocols as part of our long-term breeding program. Our adult cats undergo genetic screening for known Maine Coon-related conditions, including SMA, PKD, and HCM, and are tested negative for FIV and FeLV. We also utilize routine fecal and respiratory PCR testing to help reduce the risk of parasites and infectious disease within our program.

We are actively expanding our health screening practices to include more comprehensive orthopedic and cardiac evaluations across our breeding program. Health testing remains a priority in our breeding decisions, and we continue to refine and strengthen our protocols over time to support the long-term well-being of our cats and kittens.

3. Health Guarantee
We stand behind our kittens. Our health guarantee ensures that they’re in top condition when they join your family. If any issues pop up, we’ll work with you to make things right.

4. Socialized & Well-Mannered
Our kittens grow up in a busy, loving environment with kids and other pets, so they’re comfortable around just about anything. By the time they’re ready to go home, they’re confident, friendly, and ready to be your new best friend.

5. Pet-Only Homes & Spay/Neuter Contract
We believe that responsible breeding includes ensuring that our kittens go to loving pet-only homes. All of our kittens are sold with a spay/neuter contract to prevent accidental litters and to protect the health of our cats. This contract also helps maintain the integrity of the breed by ensuring kittens are not bred without careful consideration of health, temperament, and breed standards. We are dedicated to the well-being of our kittens, and this agreement helps ensure they have a long, happy, and healthy life with their new families.

Kitten Pricing and Package

As our program continues to evolve, we remain deeply committed to intentional breeding, ongoing health testing, and thoughtfully selecting exceptional lines that reflect our standards for health, structure, and temperament. With these continued investments, our pricing is now $4,000.

As we continue building a fully structured breeding program in compliance with Utah state requirements, our pricing reflects the ongoing costs of health testing, veterinary care, program development, and applicable business expenses and taxes that support ethical breeding practices.

Moving Forward…

If you're ready to adopt one of our Maine Coon kittens, here’s how it works:

1. Fill Out the Application
All families who are interested in one of our cats must submit an application. This helps us get to know a little more about you and what you're looking for in a kitten.

2. We’ll Reach Out and Establish a Relationship
Once we’ve received your application, we’ll reach out to connect and have a conversation. We want to make sure we’re a great fit for each other. Please share as much information about the life you’d provide for one of our kittens. This is also the perfect time to tell us any specifics you’re looking for in your kitten like personality, color/looks. I’ll do my best to get you exactly what you’re looking for!

3. If We Both Want to Move Forward, We'll Send the Deposit Agreement
If we’re all set to move forward, we’ll send over the deposit agreement, which outlines the next steps and the terms of the deposit.

4. Sign the Agreement and Pay the Non-Refundable Deposit
Once you’ve reviewed and signed the agreement, we’ll ask for a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your place on the waitlist. Payments are accepted through Zelle. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the kitten.

5. We'll Reach Out When the Litter is Born
Once the litter is born, we’ll reach out to our waitlist with details and keep everyone updated on their progress.

6. Pick Order is Based on Waitlist Order
When it’s time to select your kitten, pick order will be based on your spot on the waitlist. We’ll guide you through the selection process to ensure you find the perfect match for your home. When families pick their kitten, another $500 reservation deposit is made.

7. After Selections are Made

Once kittens are assigned to their new homes (typically around 6-8 weeks), we will do our best to send out weekly photos and videos of the kittens as they grow. We know how exciting this time can be, and we definitely want you to be a part of it! They’ll be ready for their homes around 12 weeks.
